Introduction <br> stable and reliable pharmacokinetic (PK) data is an important component of biological analysis. In quantitative bioanalysis, LC-MS is the preferred method because it provides high selectivity and sensitivity. Columns with small diameters (eg 180-300 μm id) applied to liquid biomatrix samples can be traced back to Fraser et al. in the late 1990s and have proven to be a way to increase analytical sensitivity and reduce the amount of sample required for DMPK analysis. However, there are some technical hurdles to applying this chromatographic method, such as the need for dedicated instruments, narrower-diameter columns, and reduced dead volume associated with the connection for optimal chromatographic performance. Based on the complexity of biological samples, small-diameter chromatographic elements are more susceptible to blockage, and implementing such chromatographic techniques can be a significant problem. In this paper, we introduce the good stability of the new ionKey/MS system for plasma sample analysis. Plasma samples are prepared by simple protein precipitation (PPT), liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), immunoaffinity separation and trypsin. Enzymatic hydrolysis (IA/TD) was prepared separately.

A double-lumen Endotracheal tube is a type of endotracheal tube which is used in tracheal intubation during thoracic surgery and other medical conditions to achieve selective, one-sided ventilation of either the right or the left lung.
There are several conditions that may make one-sided lung ventilation necessary. Absolute indications include separation of the right from the left lung to avoid spillage of blood or pus from an infected or bleeding side to the unaffected side. Relative indications include the collapse of one lung and the selective ventilation of the remaining lung in order to facilitate exposure of the anatomical structures to be operated on in thoracic surgeries.
