Winter free field scaffolding cultivation mushrooms

The use of straw and manure as the main raw material for cultivation of mushrooms in winter free field can greatly increase the income, and the residue after cultivation can also be returned directly to the field or as a raw material for bio-organic fertilizer. When formulating the material stock for cultivation, the per-m2 mushroom bed was counted, and 12.5-13.5 kg of dried straw, 0.8 kg of rapeseed cake, 0.45 kg of gypsum powder, 0.45 kg of superphosphate, 0.45 kg of compound fertilizer, and 0.45 kg of lime powder were used. The required raw material per acre can be converted into 390-400 square meters per acre of winter free field monoculture area.

The process of building piles of raw materials into the stockyard dry straw soaking wet pre-wet 12-18 hours to build a stack of straw material (heap width of 2.5 meters, the top height of 1.5-1.6 meters, four-sided high 1.2-1.3 meters) layer by layer vertical pile. Lime is added at the first turnover, and auxiliary materials such as rapeseed cake are added layer by layer when the pile is built. Water was transferred from the beginning of the third floor and poured into the heap layer by layer. After stacking, the pile was piled every 5 days and humidity of the stack was controlled. The standards for the high-quality culture materials piled up were as follows: rice and herbs were in harmony, yellow-brown or tan, and their toughness was not strong. There was no serious ammonia smell and other erosive tastes. The water content was 60% to 65%.

Tall sheds are usually cultivated in a shed style and cultivated on a single bed. The shed is 1.7-1.8 meters high, 4 meters wide and 10-15 meters long. First, in the center of the shed, a 1.6-meter-wide cultivation bed was made. On both sides of the center-cultivation bed, the width of the operation was 40 cm wide and the depth was 25 cm. Thereafter, 60 cm wide cultivation beds were made on the other side of the roads. Leave 20 cm of space on each side of the shed. The shed covering method can adopt the "sandwich" type, that is, grasshopper in the middle and the outer and inner layers are all films.

The material for the shop floor should be even and thick, with a thickness of 20-25 cm. The water content of the culture should be maintained at 60%-65%.

Seeding when the feed temperature drops to about 28°C. When sowing, the strains will be scooped out from the bottle and scattered, and evenly sowed in the material surface or material gap. Afterwards, clean the material surface with a clean board to facilitate the contact between the strain and the culture material.

After germination management, 1-3 days after sowing, the use of moisturizing and ventilation is the main method. The temperature is controlled below 28°C to promote the germination of the hyphae as soon as possible; when the hyphae begin to germinate and begin to eat after 3-7 days of sowing, the joint ventilation is less. Ventilation; After 7-11 days of sowing, the hyphae begin to eat horizontally, and the ventilation volume should be gradually increased to increase the thick growth of the mycelium in the material; within 10-15 days after sowing, the mycelium in the material layer grows more than 1/2 in depth. .

In the year of covering the soil, no mushroom cultivation residue field was used, and the soil below the tillage layer was broken into pieces with a diameter of 1-1.5 cm. Usually, it is selected to be wet, not sticky, dry, loose, fluffy and breathable, strong in water retention, and has a certain fertility. Loam or sandy loam with a pH of about 7.2 is used as a cover soil. Before applying soil, use pesticides to remove the bacteria and pests from the soil. The material surface is sprayed once with a 1:1 equivalent amount of Bordeaux mixture 500-800 times.
