In terms of scientific and technological innovation capabilities, the “Planning” proposes to break through 20-30 frontiers, key technologies and transform applications, and achieve original breakthroughs and independent innovation advantages in several fields such as precision medicine, regenerative medicine, collaborative medicine, smart medicine, and integrated medicine. To overcome a number of new technologies and products for prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and health care.
