I. Overview

CGN-208 capsule filling machine is a new type of medical packaging machine with novel structure and beautiful appearance. 1. Broadcasting agency

The mechanism inserts the hollow capsule from the hopper into the balloon tube, and a switch is arranged under the capsule tube. When the balloon tube is driven down by the sector gear, the switch is subjected to the action of the iron to release a row of capsules (1#, 2#7 rows, 0#6 rows), the switch immediately closes the capsule when the capsule is lifted up. The capsule that has fallen on the capsule comb is pushed forward by the pusher plate to the position of the turning head, and the capsule is pressurized.

 

The head is pushed down and the head is turned down at the same time (the body facing downwards upwards), and a negative pressure air flow is arranged under the mold. When the capsule is pressed down from the capsule comb, the capsule is sucked into the mold by the air flow in the mold hole, due to There is a small step in the upper die hole to prevent the capsule cap from remaining in the upper mold, and the capsule body is continuously slid into the lower die hole by the vacuum, thereby completing the capsule sac, turning and separating.

The mechanism is driven by a single stepless speed regulating motor to drive the cam, the rocker and the ratchet mechanism. Each time the cam rotates, the ratchet advances one tooth (that is, uses a die to advance a row of holes), and the cam drives the rocker to operate the sector gear. cycle.

The mechanism is equipped with automatic counting control. When the mold is filled with capsules, the mechanism automatically stops, and can also be manually stopped when it needs to stop in the middle. The speed of the machine is adjusted by the knob on the console and is equipped with the meter display speed.

If some of the capsules are not completely separated, the mold can be 2-3 turns by hand to promote complete separation under vacuum adsorption.

The machine is equipped with a pair of molds at the factory, and the other ones can be ordered by the user according to the accessories catalog.

The difference: 0# device is 6 holes per row, the capsule mold is 6×60=360 holes, the ejector disk is 360 thimbles, and the corresponding pressure capsule head, push capsule plate, capsule comb, switch, and head aligner are all 6 rows.

The 1#, 2#, and 3# devices are 7 holes per row, the capsule mold has 7×60=420 holes, the ejector plate is also 420 thimbles, and the corresponding accessories are also 7 rows.

2, filling mechanism

The function of the mechanism is to automatically load the medicine into the empty capsule in the capsule mold in sequence. The hopper is equipped with a stepless speed regulating motor (the meter displays the rotation speed), which drives the propeller to force the medicine into the empty capsule. The lower turntable drives the mold to rotate, and the lower turntable is also driven by a stepless speed regulating motor, so that the mold runs under the feeding nozzle for one week, and is controlled by photoelectric counting (the counter is set 30 times). When the filling start button is pressed, the hopper is The cylinder is pushed to the mold, and the turntable motor and the hopper motor are automatically started after the hopper is in place. When the mold rotates for one week, it automatically stops, and the cylinder pulls the hopper out of the mold.

If the hopper advances and retreats too fast or too slow, the two one-way throttle valves at the solenoid valve interface can be adjusted to make the speed suitable. In addition, if the motor is not in place when the hopper enters, the motor will start to start, or it will not start after the position is reached. The time relay on the electric control box can be adjusted to start within 1 second after the position is in place.

The amount of filling can be adjusted according to the amount of filling and the fluidity of the material. The speed of the hopper motor and the speed of the turntable motor can be adjusted. If the material is difficult to be filled, the counter setting value 60 or 90 can be adjusted. The factory setting is 30.

3. Locking mechanism

The mechanism locks the capsules filled with the medicine (the upper and lower molds are combined), moves the top capsule cylinder through the foot valve, and then pushes the capsule mold by hand to reset the thimble, and ejects the capsule and flows in. In the collection box.

4, air control

 

The series uses a pressure of 0.4-0.7Mpa, and the compressed air sent by the air pump is processed by the triple piece and sent to the foot valve and the solenoid valve.

4.1 The triplet step is air filtration; the second step is pressure regulation; the third step is gasification oil mist supply gas system lubrication, and the fuel injection adjustment is generally 1-3 minutes to spray a drop of oil (normal oil).

4.2 The foot valve controls the locking cylinder to move. When the foot is stepped down, the locking cylinder is pushed out to lock the capsule. When the foot is released, the cylinder piston retracts.

4.3 The solenoid valve is commanded by the electrical system to control the action of the filling hopper. There are two one-way throttle valves at the outlet of the solenoid valve to control the running speed of the cylinder.

5, electronic control system

5.1 Introduction

This machine adopts 380V50Hz three-phase four-wire system, plus one-line grounding protection. Please be sure to connect the grounding protection line before turning on the power.

This machine adopts three stepless speed regulating motors to drive each automatic transmission part for operation, which is convenient for maintenance operation.

Control power supply 36V, signal light power supply 12V.

5.2 Principles of the electronic control system

5.2.1 The start and stop of the vacuum pump is commanded by a pair of open and stop buttons on the panel. It is interlocked with an AC contactor in the box. When the button (2QA) is pressed, the vacuum pump starts and runs automatically. When the button (1TA) is pressed, The vacuum pump stops running (the vacuum line system is equipped with a cylindrical filter to prevent empty capsule fragments or dust from entering the vacuum pump. The cylinder cover is equipped with a vacuum gauge to indicate the system pressure and is equipped with a throttle valve for the adjustment system. pressure).

5.2.3 Broadcasting and stopping

The ballooning mechanism is powered by a separate motor, and the speed of the balloon is displayed by the tachometer. The rotation speed is adjusted by the knob (3). When the button (3QA) is pressed, the ballooning mechanism is activated, and the ballooning mechanism is pressed when the button (3TA) is pressed. 5.2.4 Filling and stopping:

The filling mechanism is driven by two stepless speed regulating motors respectively, the hopper part and the turntable part, as well as the cylinder, the solenoid valve and the counter, and the hopper and the turntable respectively display the running speed thereof by the tachometer.

When the button (4QA) is pressed, the solenoid valve opens to open the air path to supply air to the cylinder, and the cylinder pushes the hopper to the turntable. When the cylinder is in motion, the delay device simultaneously counts it (factory debugging set delay device) After the hopper reaches the position, the delayer is timed, that is, the command dial and the hopper motor start running. At this point, the counter starts counting the turntable. 5.2.5 Protection device

The protection device is a capsule head mechanism for preventing hand or hard objects from entering the operation. The structure is a protective door blocking the working surface of the capsule head, and a micro-locking control line is arranged below the door shaft (in the body) The limit switch is activated when the door is opened.

Fourth, the filling machine debugging and operation

1. Before the test machine, the operator is required to be familiar with the contents of this manual, understand the working performance of each part of the machine, and the role of each button on the control panel.

2. Preparation before the test machine:

Use this machine should have three-phase 380V50Hz AC power supply, according to the requirements of local power supply system regulations, reliable grounding or zero.

Check that all parts of the machine are in good condition and refill the lubrication parts as required.

Turn on the power and turn the air switch on the electric control box to “close”; the red button indicator on the control panel lights up. Press the vacuum start button (2QA) to check if the vacuum pump motor rotates in the same direction as the arrow.

Press the air pump button (1QA) to check if the direction of rotation of the air pump motor matches the direction indicated by the arrow.

3, debugging and operation

Start the vacuum pump and the air pump, the direction of rotation must be consistent with the direction of the indicator arrow. Turn the knob 123 all the way to the lower position. Start the podomotor again. Press (3QA), turn the knob 3 to make the ballooning mechanism gradually increase speed until the zui high speed, there should be no mechanism stuck and abnormal noise. Pour the material into the empty capsule, first test the balloon at low speed, and gradually increase the speed under normal conditions. Attach the lower template to the turntable, and add the medicine to the hopper. Press (4QA) and the hopper will fill the capsule.

Replace the upper template with the filled lower template and move them simultaneously to the locking station. Insert the thimble just into the die hole, turn the lock cover down, and use the foot to gently step on the foot valve to lock the capsule and flow into the sac foil.
