Site conditions

Cultivation management
1. Seedlings cultivation: Eighty-horned sea breams are used as rootstocks or octagonal sea breams as the base anvil, and SH is an intermediate anvil. Sturdy shoots are taken from the superior mother plants as scion, and seedlings are propagated by grafting.
2. Orchard establishment: planted in late March, with a tree stock density of 666 or less per hectare, a dwarfing stock with a density of 1250 or less per hectare, and a percentage of pollinated varieties equal to or greater than 20%.
3. Soil management: The soil is improved by using artificial grass and organic matter covering methods; the base fertilizer is mainly bio-organic fertilizer and decomposed farmyard fertilizer, and the application amount per hectare is ≥ 30t.
4. Pruning: The tree structure adopts the free spindle shape and delays the happy shape. The young tree is combined with the summer pruning to cultivate the tree structure. The adult tree is trimmed and the branches are adjusted to ensure the airiness and light transmission of the tree. Branch amount ≤ 900,000/ha.
5. Artificially-assisted pollination: artificial pollination is performed when the flowers in the center of the flowering period are about 50% open.
6, flower and fruit management:
(1) Thinning and fruit thinning: The inflorescences below the four flowers are eliminated during the flowering period, the central fruit is selected after flowering, and the fruit and small fruit and fruit and insects are removed.
(2) Definite fruit bagging: Fruits are planted two weeks after full flowering, and the fruit with good fruit shape is selected to eliminate skewed fruit and pests and fruits; the amount of fruit remaining: Fuji and Wanglin varieties ≤180000 fruit/hectare, yield ≤ 45 t/ha; Sangsha ≤ 195000 fruit/ha, yield ≤ 39 t/ha; bagging started 45 days after flowering and completed within 3 weeks.
(3) Debagging: The Fuji line begins to unbagging after 150 days of full bloom and completes it within 3 weeks; Sangsha begins to unpack after 100 days of blooming and completes within 10 days; Wang Lin may not take the bag to harvest.
(4) Picking the leaves and turning fruit: After the Fuji bags are removed, the leaves within 15 cm of the periphery of the fruit are removed, and after 5 to 7 days of fruit coloring, the positive side of the fruit is turned to the shady face.
(5) Shop reflective film: Reflective film under the tree for 20 days before harvest.
Harvesting and Storage
Fuji and Wang Lin began picking on October 15th, with a normal temperature storage period of ≥30 days and a modified atmosphere storage period of ≥240 days. Sangsha began picking on August 15th and stored at room temperature for ≥15 days.
Producers within the scope of protection of the geographical indication products of Changping Apple may apply to the Changping District Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Beijing for the use of the “Special Marks for Geographical Indication Productsâ€, which shall be approved by the AQSIQ.
