5. The support of the vibrating pipe system of the heat preservation gear pump is not good, the partial blockage of the impeller causes imbalance, cavitation occurs, and there is air in the liquid.
Check the pump support department, tighten the nut, and feed the impeller to balance it to eliminate air.
6. Insulation gear pump leakage mechanical seal damage, 0-ring damage, pump body leakage.
Replace the mechanical seal and the 0-ring to weld the pump body to the leak.
