Dryer transmission features
(1) Large transmission ratio
The speed of the dryer is very slow. When the motor of ordinary speed is used, the transmission ratio of the main drive of the industrial dryer is 500~700, so a large circumferential force is generated on the low speed gear. Under the conditions of large speed ratio and high torque, a simple and advanced speed reducer is designed, which is the main research direction of the transmission.
(2) Smooth stepless speed regulation, wide adjustment range
According to the requirements of the calcination process, the time required for the material to complete the physicochemical reaction in the dryer varies with the factors such as raw materials and fuel, and the conditions in the kiln are changing at any time, thus requiring the kiln speed energy. Stepless adjustment, according to experience, the speed range is 1:3~1:4.
The transmission requirements are stable, the cylinder can not vibrate during operation, the mechanical parts have certain machining precision, and the motor is required to have smooth speed regulation characteristics to achieve the purpose of smoothly changing the kiln speed.
(3) Large starting torque
Since the dryer is often started under full load conditions, the frictional resistance torque between the roller axle and the bearing bush is large at this time, overcoming the inertia of the material of the high quality dryer, and when the dryer rotates, it is formed in the roller bearing. The oil film can reduce the friction torque to the normal load value. Therefore, the motor starting torque is generally required to be about 2.5 times the normal working torque.
