The specified bending force is applied to the needle sample by the instrument, and the rigid tester special sensor measures and records the needle stiffness value at the point of application.
Medical injection needle (needle) rigidity tester test steps:
 Take the appropriate amount of this product after separation from the glass needle tube. The rigid test instrument can be applied vertically to the needle tube by applying a force of up to 60N (accuracy: ±0.1N).
 The lower end of the force pushing rod is composed of a cylindrical shape with an angle of 60° and a cylindrical surface with a radius of curvature of lmm. The width of the push rod is at least 5 mm, and the needle tube and the rigidity tester are adjusted as follows:
 a) making the span the value corresponding to the gauge of the needle to be tested;
 b) positioning the end surface of the force pushing rod at the center of the span;
 c) Keep the needle tube perpendicular to the two needle holders and the forceps, while making the needle centerline coincide with the centerline of the needle holder.
 Test according to the specified span and load conditions: According to the specified force of the needle tube specification, the bending force is applied downward to the needle tube by the force pushing rod at a rate of lmm/min, and the needle tube at the point of application is measured and recorded. Deflection, accurate to 0.01mm, max deflection should meet the requirements of Table 1.
