Mainly applicable to the measurement of the following two types of products:

1. Asphalt: The sample is placed in a constant temperature bath at 25 °C ± 0.1 °C, and the standard needle with a load of 100 g ± 0.05 g is vertically moved without obvious friction. The depth of the asphalt sample is vertically penetrated within 5 seconds. It is the penetration of asphalt to identify the viscosity of the asphalt. The greater the penetration of the asphalt, the smaller the viscosity and the softer the asphalt.

2. Grease or petroleum grease: The sample is placed in a constant temperature bath at 25 °C ± 0.1 °C. The standard cone with a load of 150 g is vertically moved without obvious friction and sinks into grease or petroleum grease within 5 seconds. The depth, called the grease or petroleum grease penetration, to determine the hardness of the grease or petroleum grease.

In addition to the above two main purposes, the instrument can also be used for solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen bodies and other materials, as well as cheese, sugar, butter, wheat cream, cream, fermented body and other food raw materials inspection, in food It can be widely used in industry, transportation and highway engineering and other industrial sectors.
