Second, when the air shower fan does not work. When the air shower room is not working, *Check to see if the emergency switch of the air shower outdoor box is cut off. If it is determined to be cut off, gently press it with your hand and turn it to the right to release the hand.
Third, the air shower room fan reverse or the air shower room wind speed is very small, please be sure to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line is reversed. Generally, the air shower room manufacturer will have a special electrician to connect the line when the factory is installed; Connected to the line source of the air shower, lighter will cause the air shower chamber fan to not work or the reverse air shower chamber wind speed to decrease, the heavy one will burn off the entire air shower room circuit board; it is recommended not to use the air shower room enterprise Intended to replace the wiring, if the production needs to be determined to move, please consult the air shower room manufacturer.
Fourth, the air shower does not blow, in addition to the above three points, it is also necessary to check whether the emergency stop button inside the air shower chamber is pressed. If the emergency stop button is color, the air shower will not blow; To press the emergency stop button again, it will work.
5. When the air shower room cannot automatically sense the air blow, please check the light sense system in the lower right corner of the air shower indoor box to see if the light sensor device is installed correctly. If the light sense is positive on both sides and the light sense is normal, it can be automatically induced to blow. Dripping.
6. When the air shower is used for a period of time, the wind speed is very low. Please check if the initial and high-efficiency filters of the air shower are excessively dusty. If so, please replace the filter. (Air filter room primary effect filter is usually replaced within 1-6 months, air shower room high efficiency filter is generally replaced within 6-12 months)
