1 Hydroponic facility construction design

1.6 Installing a Circulating Pump and Controller
According to the scale of planting, install a mechanical electronic control device with a power size that is consistent with the connected water pump as an automatic main switch of the circulating water pump, install a small circulating pump with a power of 20-25 W according to two circulating water tanks, and connect the water pipes to the cycle. The water outlet is about 10 cm away from the inlet of the bed to increase the oxygen content of the circulating water.
1.7 Planting Foam Board Installation
The special planting foam board has a design length of 76.5 cm, a width of 47 cm, a thickness of 3 cm, a diameter of the planting hole of 2 cm, a planting hole spacing of 10 cm10 cm, and a 28 hole per planting hole. There are 6 combinations of small waterbed planting boards and 30 combinations of large waterbeds.
1.8 Film and insect net installation
According to the length and width of the slot mounted on the water bed, the cutting film and insect nets are cut. The top of the water bed is covered with a 1.0-1.5 mm thick special drop-free membrane for greenhouses, and the cover membrane and the water bed are covered with a 60-mesh insect net and then clamped with a clip spring.
2 Selection of hydroponic vegetable varieties
2.1 Chinese cabbage
In Guangdong and Guangxi regions, 25-35 days of early-maturing, heat-tolerant, and wet-tolerant Caixin varieties can be selected in summer and autumn, such as FengJi CaiXin; 40 to 70 days of late-maturing and cold-tolerant varieties, such as Lubaocao, can be used in winter and spring. 2.2 Chinese cabbage

3 Sowing seedlings
3.1 Seedling tray preparation
