At the Wanliyun Medical Imaging Center in Beijing, the two sides jointly demonstrated the real scene of remote diagnosis of human-machine cooperation. On-site doctors conducted a CT imaging of suspected lung nodules with the aid of medical AI.

According to the official introduction of Ali Health, the officially released "Doctor You" AI system includes clinical medical research diagnostic platform, medical auxiliary testing engine, and physician ability training system. This time, Ali Health and Wanliyun show the real application scenarios of the CT lung nodule intelligent detection engine in the “Docker You†in the remote image diagnosis process.
There were four expert groups of senior radiologists from the top three medical hospitals from Wanliyun Medical Imaging Center and “Doctor You†who served as doctor assistants. When CT images of patients uploaded from the grassroots hospitals across the country to the Wanli cloud imaging platform were distributed to the system, “Doctor You†was able to intelligently detect and identify nearly nine thousand CT images generated by 30 patients. The suspected nodules detected in the first round of screening were labeled as a secondary diagnosis and provided to 4 doctors for review.

The 30-minute diagnosis time is over. After confirmation and statistics by the on-site doctor, “Doctor You†correctly identifies lung nodules with an accuracy of more than 90%.
It is understood that if the doctors manually perform massive reading and diagnosis on 30 patients by traditional means, it is expected to take 150-180 minutes. In other words, the medical AI will shorten the reading time to the original time. 1/5.
