On December 24-25, the first China Family Health Forum and the China Health Information Society Health Medical Big Data Family Health Professional Committee Annual Meeting was held in Beijing. Wang Pei'an, deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the leaders of the Grassroots Department of Health and the Department of Planning and Information, and more than 1,000 health and family planning managers from across the country attended the forum and witnessed the release of the 4S standard for general health services. It is reported that this is the first industry standard for family health services in the country, which will effectively improve the service level of the entire industry.
The 4S standard for general health services was formulated by the China Health Information Society Health Medical Big Data Family Health Committee and was published by He Chao, the deputy director of the special committee and professor of Zhejiang University Medical College. The standard refers to the European and American general medical concepts, combined with the exploration of Chinese general practice, including Satisfaction, Standard, Support, and Sharing.
He Chao said that “satisfaction†refers to the principle of whole person, whole process and whole family, providing users with excellent health maintenance and medical health services; “standard†is to establish a standardized service system according to international standards such as JCI and HIMSS; "Integration of online and offline quality medical resources at home and abroad to provide support for user health management and doctor practice; "sharing" refers to providing clinical, educational and training support for community health care services.
On the day of the 4S standard of the general health service, the micro-medical released a member health plan to provide individual and business users with a member service centered on the responsible doctor service.
