Experts believe that China has made major breakthroughs in the biological control of "crop disease". Oil crops are the main source of edible oil and an important source of forage protein in China. They are also important energy crops and have a very important role in the national economy. Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is one of the main limiting factors for the production of rapeseed and other oil crops in China. The incidence of disease in the country is more than 70 million mu each year, the output loss is 5%-30%, and when serious, it is 50%-80%, and the direct economic loss More than 3 billion yuan. At present, the prevention and control measures of the disease are mainly the use of disease-resistant varieties, application of chemical pesticides and cultivation and other agricultural measures, but there are many problems such as low disease resistance level, low chemical pesticide control efficacy, difficulty spraying oilseed rape and pesticide residues, etc. There is an urgent need to increase the control effectiveness of existing prevention and control measures and open up new and effective methods for prevention and control. According to reports, the main purpose of this project is to develop new formulations of new bacteriophage biological control agents and promote biological control. Through a series of experimental studies, the Oil Crop Research Institute has innovatively developed a complex microbial agent containing fungi, bacteria, and boron. The compound inoculant has highly effective prevention and control effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and has a significant promoting effect on rape seedlings. The test results showed that the preventive effect of the compound preparation was more than 20% higher than that of a single fungal preparation, and the yield increase effect was more than double that of a single fungal preparation.
