1. Connect the power to the electrical control box.

Use the up and down buttons on the panel to lower the electromagnetic release device to the bottom, press "release" to hang the test ball, press the "suck" lock, and then press the "up" button to lift, for safety reasons. Do not be too tall, and do not stand under the test ball for subsequent operations.

2. Place the sample in place:

The sample is tied to the (6m*3m) frame of the lower shelf by the tether around the sample. Note: When tethering, the force of each tether should be as uniform as possible.

3. Adjust the position of the test ball to the zero position of the test on the test side of the test. Press ← on the height gauge to return to zero. When the test ball reaches the set test height, it automatically stops rising.

(Test ball test height setting method: press and hold until the P1 appears, press to enter the parameter setting state, for example, 01.200 is the stop height when the height is 1.2 meters. Combine the button to adjust the test height. Press to store the set parameters. Press until you return to the measurement state. Do not change other parameters when setting this parameter!!!)

4. Press the “Release” button to test the ball to fall. One trial is completed;

Observe the sample and record the result;

If you continue the test, repeat the above steps. If not, turn off the power and protect the corresponding devices from rain and protection.

1. Place the electromagnetic release part through the electric hoist to the position where the test rod is conveniently placed.

2. Use the electromagnetic release part to hung the test rod through the wire rope, then press the “push-in” button to pull the test rod, and then use the electric hoist to raise the electromagnetic release part together with the test rod to a height of 1 m from the center of the net.

3. Press the “Release” button and the test stick will fall vertically in a free fall.

Check the condition of the sample being tested, record the test results, and complete one test.

1. The release device is energized and released, and the power is disconnected. It is strictly prohibited to be released for a long time!

2. Pay attention to the rain and snow protection of all devices, especially electrical components.

3. The test bench must be fixed firmly. A test pit with soft sand must be placed under the test ball.

4. For safety reasons, the test ball is suspended and the operator is prohibited from standing under the test ball! It is strictly forbidden to reach under the test stick during the test!

5. During the test, please do not let the idlers wait around the test stand to walk around.
