After long-term use of industrial washing machines , along with mechanical wear, lack of lubricating oil, aging of the parts, fatigue deformation of the spring, etc., various abnormal vibrations and noises may occur. Failure to repair in time will result in accelerated wear and even damage to the parts of the industrial washing machine . In fact, vibration and noise can be eliminated or reduced by appropriate adjustments and simple repairs.
1. When the industrial washing machine is running, the fuselage emits a "beep" sound. This failure is mostly caused by a collision between the tub and the outer casing or the unevenness of the ground placed by the washing machine or the four feet are not in good contact with the ground. At this time, the center of gravity of the washing machine needs to be adjusted, placed smoothly, or properly padded on the four foot pads.
2. During the washing process, the pulsator rotates to make a “giggle” friction sound. During the inspection, water can be placed and the clothes are not checked. At this time, if there is still a "giggle" friction sound when the pulsator rotates, it is caused by friction with the bottom of the tub when the pulsator rotates, and if the clothes are put in again, the sound will be louder. The cause of the failure may be that the pulsator screw is loose, and the pulsator may be removed, and then a gasket of a proper thickness may be added at the bottom end of the shaft to increase the gap between the pulsator and the bottom of the barrel. Eliminate collision or friction between the two. If the outer ring of the pulsator touches the washing tub, the pulsator should be removed and refitted before being installed.
3. When the motor rotates, the rotating belt will make a “click” sound. This failure is caused by the slack of the drive belt. During maintenance, loosen the fastening screw of the motor base, turn the motor away from the pulsator axis, tighten the drive belt, and tighten the fastening screw of the base.

Fault 1: Stop the water when the water intake does not reach the set water level.
Analysis and overhaul: This fault is mainly caused by poor performance of the water pressure switch. When the air pressure in the air collection chamber has not reached the specified pressure, the contact will be switched from the open state to the closed state to stop the water in advance. The specific reasons and treatment methods are:
(1) The water pressure switch water level control spring pre-compression amount becomes small, as long as the adjustment screw is screwed in to increase the pre-compression amount of the water level control spring. If the water level control spring becomes weaker or loses its elasticity, replace the water level control spring.
(2) The groove on the water pressure switch cam is worn or damaged, and it is generally necessary to replace the cam to solve it.
Fault 2: The water intake must be more than the set water level to stop the water.
Analysis and overhaul: This phenomenon indicates that when the actual water level has reached the specified height, the air pressure in the gas collection chamber of the water pressure switch still does not reach the specified value. Only when the water level continues to rise, the water pressure switch will operate. The specific reasons and treatment methods are:
(1) The air pressure switch of the water pressure switch air collection chamber is blocked or leaking. Just remove the debris from the air guide nozzle; or seal it with 401 glue at the leak. If the air-conducting hose is aging or ruptured, replace the air-conducting hose.
(2) The water pressure switch water level control spring pre-compression amount is too large. Simply turn the adjusting screw out and reduce the water level control spring pre-compression.
(3) The reversing ejector pin and transmission parts in the water pressure switch are deformed or damaged. It can be solved by repairing the correction. In severe cases, the water pressure switch should be replaced.
