The main structure:

When the pressure on the main pressure wheel surface is too large, the eccentric moment compresses the spring by the lever, the eccentric shaft rotates, the distance between the upper and lower pressure rollers is increased, and the pressure is reduced, thereby protecting the safety of the machine and the die, so the upper pressure roller frame is rotated. The adjustment screw at the top makes the spring pressure just enough. If overloaded, the alarm light will flash automatically, and the touch screen fault page will display a fault.
Introduction:
1. The function of the pre-pressure system is to eliminate the air filled by the die, so the main extrusion process can be shortened, which can improve the working efficiency of the tablet press, but the pre-pressure should not be too large, and excessive noise and wear equipment will be generated. Die, even without main pressure display.
2. Pre-pressure adjustment, adjust the upper pre-pressure wheel adjustment nut, so that the pre-pressure wheel just touches the upper punch, then start the machine. When the machine is working, turn the pre-pressure wheel handwheel clockwise to make the upper pre-pressure wheel Turn until it just does not turn, then turn the pre-pressure handwheel counterclockwise, and then let the pre-pressure wheel never turn to just turn. For the production of tablets of the same thickness, just adjust once.
The purpose of the preloading device:
At the beginning of the tableting, the air in the particles is removed first, and the main pressure is buffered to improve the quality and the yield. The upper pre-pressure wheel changes the position of the upper punch into the middle mold, and the lower pre-pressure wheel can adjust the position of the lower punch into the middle mold to achieve the adjustment of the pre-pressure.
Pre-pressing and main-pressing die depth and sheet thickness adjustment pre-pressing and main pressure, the die depth and thickness of the punch can be adjusted by the hand wheel, and the two handwheels of the high-speed tablet press can rotate one turn.
