As the temperature inside the pot drops, the steam condenses, and the internal force of the pot is reduced by the pressure of the compressed air. During the sterilization process, attention should be paid to the initial exhaust method, which in turn allows steam to circulate. It can also be deflated once every 15 to 20 minutes to promote heat exchange. In short, it must meet the requirements of sterilization conditions, according to a certain procedure, the level of sterilization temperature, the size of sterilization pressure, the length of sterilization time and the operation method are all specified by the sterilization process of canned products.

1. Before feeding, inject a small amount of clean water into the sandwich pot, open the bottom ball valve, and then open the intake valve. After the cold air in the interlayer of the pot is drained, close the ball valve, when the pressure gauge pointer rises to the mezzanine pot setting. When the working pressure is set, the safety valve is set to automatically deflate when it reaches the pressure relief value specified by the equipment. At this time, the intake valve can be closed to stop the steam supply.

2. Brush the sandwich pot and put in the material. The intake valve should be opened slowly. When the material reaches the required temperature and the predetermined heating time, close the intake valve. Open the drain valve, release the steam, so that the pressure inside the sandwich pot is zero. The vertical sandwich pot can turn the hand wheel to tilt the pot body and enter and discharge. At this point, one job is completed
