The gas content of the finished product is 3 times the volume, and the gas content of the carbonated water is 3 × 5 / 4 = 3.75 times the volume.

A large-volume secondary batching tank is required, and it is difficult to ensure that a large-scale continuous production line adopts a quantitative mixing method: the treated water and the blended syrup are continuously mixed in a certain ratio, and the carbonic acid gas is pressed and filled. Coolers or cooled carbonators are often placed in the mixer. Synchronous electric mixers are currently used.
Advantages: the ratio of syrup to water is accurate, the filling capacity is easy to control; when the filling capacity changes, there is no need to change the proportion, the product quality is consistent; the temperature of syrup and water is the same when filling, the bubbles are less, the content of CO2 gas Easy to control and stable; product quality is stable, gas content is sufficient, and production speed is fast.
