Remedy: (1) When the engine is idling, listen to the middle of the cylinder block at the oil filling port or with a stethoscope, and then stop the operation of the suspect cylinder by using oil shut-off. If the noise decreases or disappears when the cylinder stops working, The moment the cylinder is quickly restored to work, a "click" sound or two consecutive sounds are emitted, that is, the piston pin sounds, but the test should be repeated many times. The piston pin is louder in the upper middle of the cylinder than in the lower part. (2) Delay the oil supply time and reduce the sound, otherwise the sound will increase. After confirming that the piston pin has sounded, the side piston set should be removed and disassembled, and the connecting rod bush can be replaced or the enlarged size piston pin replaced if necessary, and then reassembled after reaming.
