Scientists say: dark chocolate can reduce the risk of heart disease

Eating a few dark chocolates a day can help slow arterial stiffness and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Researchers at the University Hospital of Zurich asked 20 male smokers to eat 40 grams of dark chocolate per person, and they must not consume other antioxidant-rich foods within 24 hours. The results show that dark chocolate can significantly improve the smoothness of arterial blood flow. This shows that dark chocolate contains antioxidants and a small daily intake of beneficial blood vessels.
